#1-BUYING ONLINE:

No sales tax or any other fees are collected by us for a purchase placed on this site & processed through our online dealer partner. When ordering online you are an out-of-state purchaser, buying through an Arkansas based dealership, (no matter which factory location you choose to pick up at or have delivered from) therefore, we cannot collect sales tax from you. However, you will be solely liable for paying any and all taxes or any other fees charged by your state, county, city or municipality when you register your trailer. NOTE: If you are an Arkansas resident, and your trailer purchase is under $4,000, based on the current Arkansas tax law as we understand it, you are not charged any sales tax when you register your trailer in Arkansas. If over $4000, you will be charged sales tax when you register your trailer in Arkansas. Please confirm this with your tag office as the tax law may change. FEDERAL EXCISE TAX NOTICE: There is an IRS mandated 12% federal excise tax (FET) as an additional cost to buyer on any Econoline equipment trailer model purchased with a GVWR of 26,000 lbs or greater. This tax amount must be collected from buyer by the selling dealership at time of order. This tax cannot be paid through our website.  Please email our office Admin@Trailers2Go4Less or call 870-918-3540 for FET payment instructions payable by bank wire transfer or bank certified check only.

#2-BUYING IN PERSON:

If you are a Georgia resident buying off a Georgia dealer sales lot, sales tax is collected at the time of purchase. The tax rate we must collect per Georgia law is the published rate for your county, generally, 6%-8% depending on the county. If you are a non-Georgia resident, with a valid out-of state-drivers license, you are exempt from paying Georgia sales tax when buying at one of our Georgia dealer partner lots. However, you will be solely liable for any and all taxes or other fees charged by your state, county, city or municipality when you register your trailer.
